**Marbelite Co., Inc. and Marbelite Equipment Corporation Announce Merger**

We are excited to announce the merger of Marbelite Co., Inc. and Marbelite Equipment Corporation, effective March 31, 2025. Going forward, the combined entity will operate under the name Marbelite Equipment Corporation.

Founded in 1940, Marbelite Co., Inc. was acquired by Joseph Lipari in 1978, who led the company for more than 45 years with great pride. After the passing of Mr. Lipari in October 2024, ownership of the company was passed to his daughter, Melissa Verdoni. Having grown up in the industry and since 1986, successfully managing her own company, Marbelite Equipment Corporation, Melissa recognized the natural fit for the two companies to merge.

This merger will enable us to expand our service offerings and areas of expertise, providing even greater value to our clients in the future. We are excited to share more details about these advancements in the near future.

We would like to reassure our clients that there will be no changes to your current points of contact. All employees of Marbelite Co., Inc. will continue in their current roles, and we remain committed to delivering the same exceptional service and customer satisfaction that you have come to expect.
